Roger J. Ocel, President/Managing Partner, received his B.A. Degree from Augsburg College in Minneapolis. He has experience in all areas of accounting and auditing since 1967.

Mr. Ocel is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Minnesota Society of CPAs.

Nancy M. Heimer, Secretary-Treasurer, received her education at the University of Minnesota, Duluth, and the Minnesota School of Business. She has served privately held companies in a variety of industries since 1976.

Ms. Heimer is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and a former Council representative, a member and past chair of the board of the Minnesota Society of CPAs, and a past National President of the American Woman's Society of CPAs.

Carolee A. Lindsey, Vice President, received a B.S. in Accounting from Minot State University and a Master of Accountancy degree from the University of North Dakota. She has served clients as a CPA in numerous industries since 1988 and also served as CFO for a small privately held business for three years.

Ms. Lindsey is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Minnesota Society of CPAs, and is a past President of the Minnesota American Woman's Society of CPAs.
